Is the fatty in Cardiff?

The owner of Koptalk, Mr Oldham, claimed he’d be going to all the Liverpool games this season.

He claims to have a season ticket too (which we’re still to see any proof of, like his other scams).

He was happy to show some proof of his charity shield tickets though, so maybe he’s got a season ticket (I can’t remember when they appeared, so I’m not sure where the ticket allocations were up to then). Maybe he paid a tout for them. They weren’t actually close-up photos either, so maybe they weren’t even actual tickets. With Oldham you can’t take anything at face value. You can’t buy anything at face value either, but that’s a story for another day.

We wondered at the time he announced he’d bought them whether or not he’d take a risk and mix with other Liverpool supporters. Not all Reds use the net, and not all who do have heard of Oldham anyway, but there’s a lot of people who want to meet him. They want their money back.

For this reason we seriously doubt he’s in Cardiff, but you never know, maybe he’s gone there after all. We’ll soon know – he always uses photographic evidence when he can. Like his ONE photograph of the return to training this summer at Melwood. A long distance photo of Gary Ablett. So, if he’s in Cardiff, expect numerous photos of him to prove it. He couldn’t resist the chance. No photos? No fat website owner in Cardiff.

He’s claiming it though –

SITE NEWS: Friday > Monday – news and transfer feeds
Please note that site updates will be limited between Friday and Monday as we’re heading to Cardiff for the Community Shield.

KOPTALK HQ will be manned as normal, so too will the forums etc.

Live news feeds –>>

Live transfer feed –>>

(The “live transfer feed” actually links to a domain name he’s seemingly squatted (anfieldrd. co. uk – the .com version is also registered to him and has his pathetic “You’ve been pied” holding page.) The domain name in turn is pointed at Sporting Life’s PA Sport feed. We’ve informed them of the abuse.) Steve’s not going with him (unless he’s changed his mind again) so why no updates? Steve is the editor after all.

A couple of days ago he was planning to start work straight after the match on his server move. The one that is probably more expensive to run per month than the BBC website. According to his claims anyway. He’d not decided to pretend he was in Cardiff until Monday at this stage –

Server Upgrade
Posted by Dunk on 09-08-06 01:27 PM

We will be moving the forums to their new server after the Community Shield clash with Chelsea. As soon as that match is out of the way, we will begin the transfer. You will not need to re-register but you may find the server down for several hours as a result of us making domain name changes. Announcements will be posted on http://www.koptalk.falseinfo and http://www.koptalk.coN during the move.

No New Approvals Until After Chelsea
Posted by Dunk on 09-08-06 01:26 PM

We will not be approving any new forum applications/registrations until after the Community Shield clash with Chelsea.

We’re looking forward to this server move. We’ll be able to see who this hosting company is that are so expensive, and what they offer for £900 per month.

I’m still fairly certain that Oldham is in Wallsall – or Scarborough (with the kids). We’ll see of course, as I said above. This post from him, at 10:30ish tonight, well this seems a little bit false to me. Well OK, it seems to be total bullshite to me –

Any special tips guys – off to the Community Shield on Sunday. Taking the car – is that a massive error? Am prepared to leave early. Your experiences on the trip down would be extremely appreciated, especially where to park easily?

Well I’ve just got here and the Reds are already touching base for the weekend

FLMAO… I was just thinking to myself how much I hate this job… sat in a bar, laptop out pretending to work, some fine women and some lovely cider… nice here isn’t it boyo

I’m prepared to be proved wrong, but I think that the key word in that last bit is “pretend”.

And if I am wrong, get some photos of him. Hold up signs next to him saying, ““. And ask him where that book is.

I sincerely hope that the fat one is not in Walsall, as I intend to nip in there tomorrow, and may at some time require a pie.
