Awight Koptalk readers?

Earlier tonight we were looking at the stats for this site, including the stats showing how people got to this site. Known as referrer stats.

Someone had linked to us from The Liverpool page on Wikipedia – but when we went to look at that page there was no link to this site.

Worse still, the links (which look a lot fewer in number since we last visited) had KOPTALK on them. We did a quick look at the history of the page, and found this – somebody with an IP address of had changed the links from a link to us to a link to Koptalk.

So we thought we'd have a look at the change history on Wikipedia for the IP address of were we found this short list of changes.

11:13, 19 June 2006 (hist) (diff) Liverpool F.C. (?Other Websites)
11:45, 7 March 2006 (hist) (diff) Djibril Cissé (?Personal life)
12:46, 9 February 2006 (hist) (diff) Ron Greenwood
12:45, 9 February 2006 (hist) (diff) Ron Greenwood
20:38, 17 January 2006 (hist) (diff) Michael Barrymore (?External links)

So what were the updates this user had carried out?

The first one is the one changing the links on the LFC page.

The second one added details of the birth of Djibril and Jude Cisse's son Cassius.

The next two, a minute apart, were to add and then take away a reference to the death of Ron Greenwood.

Finally, this user had added a link to a Michael Barrymore "Fan Site" on the Michael Barrymore Wikipedia page.

An odd combination, so we decided a look at the details for this IP address would be interesting. It told us this:

Gateshead! The bit of Newcastle where the Metro Centre and an athletics ground is. It may well have more claims to fame than this but we don't really need to know. What we do know is that Duncan Oldham lives in Newcastle. So it's 99.9% certain he's the one who did the update. That's a Dunk 99.9% actually, because it's not that close to being certain. Not yet, anyway.

So, why would someone from that IP address add that Barrymore link and a Koptalk link? As we say, it seems an odd combination. So we decided to do a check on the domain name, to see who owned it. (I think some of you might have guessed what's coming next).

Whois info for,

PO Box 556

Administrative Contact:
PO Box 556

Duncan Oldham owns Koptalk.coN and that is part of what he called the Caboodle Network. The email address is His name is down as the admin contact.

The domain is owned by Mr Oldham himself. Why an overweight so-called heterosexual supporter of Liverpool FC would want to run a website devoted to a gay former TV presenter is beyond us, it really is. Perhaps you know why?

And if you know how to deal with his vandalism on Wikipedia then please go and deal with it.

(We weren't the ones who'd added the link on Wikipedia to this site by the way, although we were flattered that somebody else had seen fit to do so).

This is very interesting. I investigated the Wikipedia policy on links to external websites and found this:

    Links to normally avoid

    1. Any site that contains factually inaccurate material or unverified original research, unless it is the official site of the article’s subject or it is a notable proponent of a point of view in an article with multiple points of view. (See Wikipedia:Reliable sources for further information on this guideline.)
    2. In general, any site that does not provide a unique resource beyond what the article here would have once it becomes an example of brilliant prose.
    3. Links that are added to promote a site. See External link spamming.
    4. Sites that primarily exist to sell products or services.
    5. Sites with objectionable amounts of advertising.
    6. Sites that require payment to view the relevant content.

Koptalk fails on all six of these conditions!

    If you go to

you reach another of his masterpieces 🙂

The guy is a bandit. This disgusts me. It demonstrates a level of fraud that is second nature to him but sickening to most decent folk. And its all done in the name of the Kop.

Instead of bitching about it isn’t there something we can do?

We really need to get his frauds on the official record – frauds against other sites, against people who pay him money and against the state i.e tax frauds and benefits frauds.

One way of doing this is to have an authority or a court demand that he produce his records.

To do that the needs to be prosecuted by the authorities or sued privately.

Even the small claims court would be a start.

Is there a lawyer or offical out there who could help organise something?

The Fat greasball, Dunk, lives in a nether world where it is normal to talk on radio to a 16 year old about how raping underage girls is understandable, and to refer to that lad publicly as his rent boy, and to advertise on footy forums for fit young supporters to do kinky stuff with his wife and himself. Sp a weird connection with a Barrymore site – shades of violent sex, drugs, transvestism and God knows what else – is just the tip of a very deep iceberg. I’m glad I’ve never contributed a penny to it.

how can i find out what other domains he has got, why the hell has he got a Michael Barrymore one? is he going to get his teenage lodger to do a site about a homo?

  7. Alan Says:

Just foundsomething else, the guy who claims he is skint, says he has bought the 17 yaer old a new car

note the Merc he claims he bought in the background with KOP in the registration plate.

  8. Toby Says:

    Haha – the Merc’s a Mondeo

  9. Rich Says:

An M-Reg Ford Ka doesn’t seem overly generous in return for having to hang out with fatty all the time!

I didn’t think you could even get a Ford Ka that old. Am pretty sure they only came out in 97.

  10. rupert Says:

Alan – I clicked on your link (June 20) and got an error message that access (to his blog) from this site has been denied. He’s so rattled he’s even turning down the chance of more hits from us. A bit odd considering that he was boasting last week that he loves all the attention and the extra hits we’re providng.

  11. rupert Says:

I haven’t read his bog – I mean blog – but I don’t believe he has bought young Steve a car. He has bought a broken down jalopy for the kid to deliver pirated CD’s, shirts and non-existant books all over the country. Its Fattie’s car not Steve’s.

Why doesn’t he pay him at least the minimum wage as he is legally bound to do?

The kid is running the membership “register”, dealing with all e-mails, handling delivery (or non delivery of all orders) handling koptalk radio and also supervising the Keystone Kop moderators – DJ, Rosco and mark. (Did you know he is senior to them and can overrule their decisions?)

On top of all that he has to be nightwatchman in Fattie’s offices. God knows what bedchamber duties he might also have.

    Isn’t there a union for 24 x 7 servants?

  12. An Observer Says:

    From the koptalk b(l)og

“Someone emailed me asking why I’m the owner of a Michael Barrymore domain. As he’s someone I know I don’t mind explaining. The Caboodle Network is a reseller of webspace and domain names and the domain is that of a client who required the domain for email purposes. There… conspiracy theories may now be put to rest. Alwight?”

Ok, lets get this straight, fatty claims that Caboodle is a reseller of webspace and domain names. First off, good laugh, the fat blurt has very little knowledge of the way the internet work, see the fact his forum server is always down and the fat fuck has no idea why.

If chunk is indeed registering domains for other people, this begs the quetsion, why is he doing it in his own name? When I register domains registered for customers, I always ensure that my customer is the registrant and my company (Private LTD – note koptalk, caboodle etc don’t appear to be a company of any type whatsoever, unless he is actually CABOODLENET LIMITED – somewhere to start digging or in his case dogging?) is the admin and tech contact. Doing it how fatty claims he is just leaves the customer in the shit should the “company” disappear.

Would you really have someone with such little knowledge of the internet register your domains and provide your hosting services for you?

  13. rupert Says:

“Someone emailed me” is Fatty speak for – I’ve just come back from reading that disreptuable blog Insider-Koptalk

  14. rupert Says:

“Someone emailed me” is Fatty speak for – I’ve just come back from reading that disreptuable blog Koptalk-Insider

  15. Rich Says:

Why is he saying this? Its clearly a lie and is easily exposed as such. I just assumed he bought the name because he expected Barrymore to make a comeback and wanted to cash in. If he has said this then fair enough, so why create another lie that is even less believable??

If he was buying this site for someone to use it for ’email purposes’ then why did he link to it from Wikipedia using the description ‘fansite with forum’?!

  16. Toby Says:

If he was a reseller his url can’t be getting him much business.

As we all know, he is a cybersquatter and thr Barrymore domain is just one of many that he buys up in the hope that one day someone will offer him cash to release them. Unfortunately nobody has and never will.

  17. An Observer Says:

Looks like the fat fuck has deleted everything from his blog. Wonder why.

  18. jj_dominic Says:

and that caboodlenetwork logo is fecking hideous… hasn’t got a clue what he is doing I agree. I know my stuff and An Observer is absolutely right, a domain should always be registered in the owners name. From what I’ve seen he’s not a Web Company, all he does is run an Internet con and acts as a cybersquatter.

Talk about pond-life, fatty tarbuckles epitomised this concept.
