Another Koptalk Whopper – Oldham ditched News Now not vice versa

This is the letter the blog received from the chairman of News Now on 2nd January 2007

Dear (Edited),

I am sorry to be writing to inform you that effective immediately
KoptalkInsider will no longer be featured on NewsNow’s services.

Its primary subject matter – Koptalk – is no longer one we wish to
feature on our LFC feed and, incidentally, Koptalk has now also been
de-listed from NewsNow.

I wish you and the rest of the Koptalk Insider team the best of luck in
your future endeavours.

News Now cut Koptalk instantly, but our last posts on their service lingered for another couple of days. Actually that’s the day we achieved our highest ever number of hits – 12,449 and our posts were No. 1 and regularly in the top ten on News Now.

Now you have the information about how Koptalk got kicked off News Now Compare the documented truth with Oldham’s latest big whopper today.

He ditched News Now, he says, and may got back to it if it suits him.

The lie is barefaced, as are all his lies. When you have seen one you have seen them all.

Its difficult to understand why members who pay him put up with being lied to daily over matters large and small. You have to wonder about the joint responsibility of some of his cronies who help him maintain a culture of lies so that he can then defraud LFC supporters especially those who don’t live in the UK. You can understand his motive – personal financial profit. But what’s theirs? Surely it can’t be because they get free membership in his site as long as they do his bidding?   I’m afraid only the cult analogy comes close to explaining it.

It also makes one appreciate all the more those who have the independence and courage to speak up and call him to account.

I use this all the time on the basis that if you see the same story repeated a multiple of times from different sources then its more likely to be true. Koptalk used to be in there. I’ve just noticed that that is no longer the case! I think you’re missing a trick there! As we only provide a brief intro to a news item and the odd editorial we can’t really be included. If we went back to fully non members then we’d probably go back on. If you are included on such a feed it only attracts the casual (lazy) visitor who simpy monitors that for updates. I’ve also noticed it’s full of more blog type sites now rather than the higher end sources that used to be on say in the early 2000’s. Feel free to email me if you have any suggestions or questions.
