This is an exchange started today by a Koptalk member iain.lily who has been a member since 2002 but has only 25 previous posts.
The sleeper woke up!
As you see he touched a nerve.
Duncan Oldham lost a lot of money betting on Chelsea yesterday and he is not in a good mood today.
In his shed in Wallsend he also saw the reports that several hundred Liverpool supporters at the match had more contact with Tom Hicks than he managed by spending in excess of £5,000 to creep up on him in Dallas, and thousand more had contact with George Gillett, someone whom Oldham has never seen, let alone met.
This is now the third time that the two owners have made themselves available to fans at Anfield and the third time that Oldham was not there. For the Barcelona match his excuse was he went to Valencia to check out Rafa!
What’s his excuse for yesterday’s absence?
If anyone wants to keep me posted with scans and screen-shots, I’ll try to update this Greek Tragedy as the drama unfolds.

iain-lily has three choices now:
1. Be a good boy, keep sending the money but go back to sleep.
2. Continue to ask questions but also continue to play the Koptalk cult game of not mentioning “outsiders” by name. That way he gets to stay alive for a few days while the cult-master re-programmes the dimmer members of his cult. But he’ll go anyway, when the questions become too awkward.
3. Name the blog and resign and/or get dumped from Koptalk immediately. The blog is Koptalk Insider. This is the url: http://koptalk-insider.com
As an independent observer I would recommend No. 3 because:
1. It would be to throw a lifeline to other victims of the Koptalk cult who are starved of information from the outside world .
2. iain will find it more satisfying that he made the statement and however briefly it lasted he could always screen-shot it as soon as he posted it and send it to me at the blog where it would be read by thousands of genuine LFC supporters from all over the world.
3. It would deprive Oldham of the balance of his membership fee.
POSTSCRIPT:
There was an emergency damage-limitation exercise on KT after I posted the above. The iain.lily thread thread was deleted (surprise, surprise) and Oldham trotted out his tired old propaganda routine, as I predicted he would.

Interesting that the last member who defended him does so on the grounds that he doesn’t know him! And the others were mainly recent members who don’t seem to actually know the blog’s criticisms. But they are all so indoctrinated by Oldham already that they know enough not to mention the blog for fear of being dumped by Daddy Knows Best.
Last summer, Oldham used to say a lot that the blog publicized his site and caused people to sign up as he says again today. But last summer he claimed 6,000 members – 5,000 paying members – and 250,000 hits a week from lurkers on News Now. Where are they all now, since the blog started?
Now he has a three hundred members, or so, most of whom are not renewing, and no hits from News Now. If he were to remove the sneaky membership renewal orders on their PayPal accounts he would be out of business in a month or two. And if it were true – that we increase his readership – all the more reason to tell people about us. According to his logic – the more who read the blog the more readers he gets. Its a win-win situation, surely? Or am I missing something?
The other day a new member signed up for KT. We got hold of his email the same day. I wrote to him. He cancelled the same day. I just hope he claimed and got 100% refund.
Oldham claims that we are a “couple” he banned from his site for bullying other members and we “won’t let go”. He lies about that as he lies about everything else. I’ve never been a member of his site. If it were true he would be the first to name who we are and he would not have to try to bribe others to find out, as he did less than a year ago. More read and support the blog every day than read Koptalk in three days.
The thing is, we post everything Herr Oldham says, verbatim. He also has a standing right of reply to everything said on here. We welcome debate. But he cannot even bring himself to mention the blog by name for fear that his members will read it and make up their own mind.
He skulks behind the doors of der bunker relying on the support of a few novice cultees. He cannot even rely on them, because they all eventually want the truth to out – its human nature to resist gagging. Nobody wants to be the last dupe.

I was going to email to ask but I realised you were updating things so would see it quicker here, I thought it may have been an error. lol
Oldham is just getting silly now, no one can ask him anything without getting locked out, I’m sure Iain.lily will find that out very soon.

Firstly, how good is it to see our new owners making themselves so approachable to the fans, they’re making a real effort, and to be honest it probably is an effort for them who will have many other things going on in their minds, business or personal – I hope they feel very welcome when they meet the fans at Anfield, and not cheated by some fat cunt acting as though he’s their new best friend.
Secondly, the more I read about this whole KTI v Dunk saga the more I want to pay money to see for myself – the temptation is there but I will never cross to the other side – curiosity is strangling the cat im afraid.

You see it all on here. There is nothing – repeat nothing – on the KT site. We have a hard job scraping the barrel for anything of interest.
How long did Oldham pose for that photo on his avatar to get one that made him look (a) youngish and (b) not thuggish?
To achieve it he had to place his hand just so to hide his chins. Trouble is it shows how fat his hand is.
Another sign that his new policy of candid-camera videos is not working.

Even after we beat Chelsea his forums were DEAD! There were more people posting on http://www.bring-back-eldorado.com/forums than on KT. It must be costing him money to keep that site going now

I was on TLW after the Chelsea match and the place was buzzing. New threads were being posted constantly and it carried on well into the night.

Do you use IE to access the blog?

I use Opera at home, but only IE is available at uni. Are there known issues with IE, then? I find that the blog rarely displays properly with it.

Yes, I heard that IE will cut off some of the width. Originally it did not work with IE at all. I use Mozilla.
I’ve just tried it with IE and it cuts off the last word of the text on the right from Paul’s scans and also does not show the avatars. I’ve asked Paul to send stuff as screen shots in future. It shows perfectly with Mozilla.

I have to use IE at work because they stupidly think it is better and safer due to it being from Microsoft. I use FF at home. I will see if it works better there when I go hoome later.
